Coach hire is a greener way to travel!

Here at coach company Brouwer's Tours , we take our responsibility towards the environment very seriously and we understand that most of our clients do also. As one of the leading privatley owned providers of coach hire in the Wetsern part of the Netherlands, we have a responsibility to explore alternative ways of powering our coaches, minibuses and taxi's. Brouwer's Tours operates an eco-friendly service. Our aim is to provide businesses and residents with access to a greener form of transportation.

Most of our coaches we currently supply are compliant with the most stringent emissions standards. These include the Euro 5, Euro 6 and EEV standards, as outlined by the European Parliament.

We aim to reduce carbon emissions throughout our entire coach and minibus fleet, through internal initiatives. An additive is mixed in our fuel to reduce the fuel consumption and CO2 production even more. We are now moving a step further and introducing proactive initiatives to deliver true emission savings. Brouwer's Tours has implemented a successful ecodriving programme named: ‘Het Nieuwe Rijden’. The drivers have been adapted to the 'Ecodriving' driving style. Ecodriving means smart, smooth and safe driving at lower engine speeds, without increasing travel time, which saves 10% fuel on avera

Other examples of our eco-friendly policy are: the usage of eco-friendly paper and work paperless as much as we can and the reduction of energy use through smart eco-friendly investments.
